Please carefully read and understand the following "Terms of Use" ("Terms") before using the WealthUpp app (the "App") and the services provided by WealthUpp ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization or entity to these Terms.

1.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks connected to the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any account or computer system.
Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods in connection with the App.

3. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Users can also contact our support team at support@wealthupp.com if they wish to delete their account.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall WealthUpp or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, India.
